Delta uses Electronic Discharge Manufacturing (or EMD) to produce many of our short-run and prototype components. Hubs are a perfect example. Many of the spline teeth extend completely to the base of the part, which eliminates the ability to shape the spline. EMD is the perfect solution. We can EMD parts up to 40 inches.
